Ep 15 Tom Morris
This week I'm talking with Tom Morris the assistant athletic director for athletic performance and director of sports performance at Indiana University. Tom just might be one of the most inspiring people I know, this episode will inspire you to really start living the life you've been put on this earth to live.

Tom Morris is in his seventh year at IU and serves as the Head strength and conditioning coach. Morris works with the Hoosiers' women's basketball and men's soccer team, and during his tenure at IU has also served as strength and conditioning coach for the track and field, men's tennis and diving teams.
Tom has developed and implemented sport-specific strength, conditioning, flexibility, speed and agility programs for Indiana's 24 men's and women's NCAA Division I programs.
Prior to his arrival in Bloomington, Tom served as the head speed, strength and conditioning coach at LaSalle University from October of 2004 to June of 2005. At LaSalle, Tom developed and implemented year-round strength and conditioning programs for 12 varsity sports, including football, men's basketball and women's basketball.
Tom served as a graduate assistant strength coach at Penn State before his stint at LaSalle, completing requirements for a master's degree in education and health education in the fall of 2006. While at Penn State, Morris worked primarily with the football team.
Morris earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a movement science option from Penn State. He is a certified USA Weight Lifting Club Coach and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Tom and his wife Christa, who is a Learning Specialist in the IU Athletics Academic Services department, reside in Bloomington.
